Kemampuan Otak Kita

Kebanyakan dari kita memang hanya menggunakan 1 % dari kemampuan otak kita. Secara umum, manusia memang hanya menggunakan kurang dari 10% kemampuan otaknya. Biasanya, kita menggunakan otak untuk berpikir hal-hal yang bersifat sosial dan pengetahuan. Selain itu, otak juga digunakan untuk merespon informasi yang kita terima maupun hal yang akan kita lakukan.

Cara Mudah Mencegah Bau Mulut

Girls, napas atau mulut yang berbau kurang sedap (bau mulut) memang membuat kita kurang percaya diri. Apalagi saat kita sedang berbicara dengan orang lain. Tetapi, nggak perlu khawatir. Sebab, bau mulut dapat kita cegah dengan cara mudah berikut ini.

Rajin menggosok gigi. Bau mulut bisa disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, antara lain kebersihan gigi kita. Jika sisa-sisa makanan yang tertinggal di sela-sela gigi tidak segera dibersihkan, lama-kelamaan dapat menumpuk dan menjadi plak atau karang gigi. Nah, karang gigi itulah yang akan menjadi sarang berkembang biaknya kuman atau bakteri, sehingga menyebabkan mulut kita jadi bau. Oleh karena itu, menggosok gigi secara teratur, terutama sehabis makan, dapat mencegah kerusakan gigi dan bau mulut.

Kunyahlah permen karet atau permen rasa mint. Sebab, mengunyah permen karet dapat membantu menambah produksi air liur (saliva) di dalam mulut kita, sehingga bakteri dalam mulut pun menjadi berkurang dan kita pun akan terhindar dari masalah bau mulut. Sementara permen rasa mint berfungsi menyegarkan bau napas kita, terutama setelah makan dan ketika berbicara dengan orang lain. Namun ingat, setelah makan permen biasakan berkumur air putih agar gigi kita tidak rusak.

Perbanyaklah mengonsumsi makanan yang mengandung vitamin C. Sebab, vitamin ini dikenal dapat meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh kita. Terutama, untuk mencegah radang gusi yang juga menjadi salah satu penyebab bau mulut.

Konsumsi Yoghurt. Bau mulut juga bisa disebabkan oleh saluran pencernaan yang terganggu oleh bakteri atau kuman. Untuk mencegahnya, kita bisa mengonsumsi yoghurt tanpa gula setiap hari. Sebab, bakteri baik Lactobacillus bulgaricus  danStreptococcus thermophillus  yang terdapat pada yoghurt dapat memerangi bakteri jahat atau kuman yang mengganggu saluran pencernaan kita.

Perbanyak mengonsumsi buah dan sayur, seperti seledri, apel, dan wortel. Sebab, buah dan sayur ini dapat menambah produksi air liur, sehingga mulut kita tetap basah. Nah, jika mulut kita basah oleh air liur, maka bakteri dan kuman menjadi berkurang dan kita pun akan terhindar dari masalah bau mulut.

Konser Megah K-Pop

Konser Megah K-Pop

Horee...ada kabar gembira untuk penggemar K-Pop di Indonesia. Pasalnya, manajemen artis Korea, yaitu SMtown, akan membawa 8 artis terkenal untuk menggelar konser besar di Stadion Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta, pada 22 September 2012 mendatang. Wah, pasti akan berlangsung heboh, ya.

Setelah sukses menggelar konser Super Junior beberapa waktu lalu, W Production bekerjasama dengan MP Entertainment, akan menggelar konser  megah bertajuk SMtown Live World Tour III . Artis-artis yang akan terlibat pada konser tersebut adalah  BoA, SNSD (Girls’ Generation), Super Junior, Kangta, TVXQ, SHINee, F(x) dan EXO.

Konser tersebut rencananya akan berlangsung kurang lebih selama empat jam dengan membawakan sekitar 40 lagu. Pihak promotor akan menyediakan 30.000 - 40.000 tiket yang bisa diperoleh melalui agen MyTicket.co.id. Harga tiket mulai Rp 500.000 hingga Rp 2.500.000. Rencananya tiket akan dijual secara offline dahulu dan sisanya akan dijual secara online. Penjualan tiket sendiri akan berlangsung pada 10 Agustus 2012 pukul 10.00 WIB di Sands Ballroom, Mangga Dua Squre, dan di Fountin Area, Grand Indonesia.
